“We are responsible for what we are, and whatever we wish ourselves to be....”

                                          Swami Vivekananda

We become that what our thoughts and action aim at. The primary objectives of Khairwal Siksha Samiti are to provide quality school education to the children; pursue academic excellence; set standards in school education; initiate innovations in teaching-learning pedagogies and promote national integration. Over the past two decades B.R Gyandeep has achieved these aims with great success. We have ever endeavoured to make B.R Gyandeep ‘Learner Organisation’ through relentless awareness, reflection and analysis of current reality. Our efforts are focused on working for individual and collective growth of the children.
We believe that the most precious gift of education is achieved equally through academic work, sport, adventure, creativity and learning to live and work with others. Warmth, kindness, courtesy and the utmost respect for others are qualities that are demonstrated and expected in equal measure here. Although we are well known for our academic strengths, a great many people are not aware of the fact that our School cares for and encourages each child’s abilities in art, drama, music and sport. Every student is given the opportunity to play a musical instrument, to sing in our choir and also to perform on stage at least once during each academic year.
Away from the classroom we have won national recognition in sports and have encouraged a great many students through to representative honors in their chosen sporting area. Ours is therefore a school of challenge and motivation; we work hard and enjoy our play. Any child with an enquiring mind, supported by a positive approach to life and to learning, has the key to succeed in the classroom and in all the other areas where we nurture individual talent.
One of the most important words in our School vocabulary is, “Yet.” The words, “I can’t do it,” become, “I can’t do it, yet,” and suddenly, this three letter word has brought optimism for the future which, with determination and guidance from my dedicated staff will ultimately bring success.
